This is a rare bird - a European delivery, single distributor, single exhaust 308. It is significantly faster than the U.S. cars. It has only been driven 29,775 miles. The engine is very strong, with no hesitation & good power. The gearbox is slick & can be shifted into 2nd gear even when cold - keeping in mind that it doesn't get very cold in Southern California! Much recent work has been performed, including a great Alpine stereo upgrade. The paint is stunning over a straight body with no evidence of prior crash damage, the interior is original & does not appear to have ever been dyed, the leather is supple & very nice with barely a hint of the normal wear to the driver's upper bolster. The carpets are black rather than the usual brown which is a nice touch. It features a "space saver" Ferrari spare tire giving a little more luggage space in the front compartment. It is fully "federalized", with an air pump (currently disconnected), U.S. bumpers & lights. It has the Campagnolo wheels - both Campagnolo & Chromodora supplied wheels for 308's, & the "Campy's" are a little lighter & more desirable. While currently on a California title, it might not pass California smog tests, so we are reserving sale to non-CA residents or residents of smog exempt CA areas. Tools & jack with bag are included.
