Vehicle Detail

After searching for over a year for the perfect Early Bronco with no success, I embarked on a mission to locate, build and restore one from the ground up. I spared no expense and pretty much everything on the truck is original restored or completely brand new. Truck was built in Idaho with a clean Idaho Title in my name. This truck took over 16 months to get it where it is today. It runs like a modern vehicle. It looks like it just rolled off of the show room floor. This truck is magnificent. In the 90's I used to restore vintage Harley Davidson's and built ground up customs. My bike won best rubber mount big twin in the country at Daytona '93. This truck can easily win any show it enters, but I didnt build it for show, I built it to go and boy does it go! I am a perfectionist and I sweat the details. VIN number is visible and present in glove box and on frame and matches Title. Truck is currently Insured and registered in the state of Connecticut. All turn signal lights have been replaced with LED bulbs. Headlights are Bright White Halogen and are covered in (removable) old school chrome grills, see photos. Brand new Ford Racing 302 Crate motor with the latest MSD Atomic Fuel Injection. Approximately 400hp but, I never had it dyno'ed, it starts right up and runs strong. Only 688 miles on brand new motor still under warranty. This is no 40 year old motor that was bored/honed and painted blue, this motor is brand new purchased in 2012. Original Speedometer Gauge was removed, cleaned, tested, calibrated, repainted and refurbished with new bulbs and reset to zero when engine was installed. FULL MSD high performance treatment. Electronic 6A ignition, Atomic Fuel Injection, MSD High performance Distributor and spark plug wires and Blaster Ignition Coil. 2 1/2 inch suspension lift from Tom's Broncos. The lift was to squeeze larger tires into the fenders. Tires are 33" on factory 8" Slot Rims, powder coated black. Pro Comp Shocks all around as well as the steering stabilizer. Springs and Leaf Coils are from Tom's Broncos and are BLACK. Body had absolutely NO rust. The most perfect sheet metal you could ever find. Not a Bondo Truck, all sheet metal is pristine, see link for bare metal photos. Paint is Aston Martin Pearl Green and Wimbleton White two tone with 4 coats of clear. Two tone continues inside doors and tailgate. Roll bar is also painted green. Entire tub, doors, hood, floors, tailgate and underbody covered in Lizard Skin Ceramic and Sound Insulation to reduce heat, reduce noise and encapsulate body from rust. Doors are mounted on New Stainless Steel Hinges which allow you to remove the doors completely and open and close effortlessly. Doors have brand new felt, glass, rubber, handles and are dynamat lined for a solid "thud" when closed. It eliminates vibrations and improves the audio system. Frame was perfectly straight, media blasted, coated with POR 15 rust inhibitor and then painted in "Elanor" Dark Grey Metallic and cleared. Brand new Centech Wiring Harness with circuit breakers in glove box. Extra wires retained for tachometer, roof lights, etc.. should you decide to run them at a later time. Vintage Air Brand Air conditioning with 4 vents. Blows so cold you will have to turn it down. Also, has functioning heat and windshield defrost vents. Custom front fiberglass kick panel speaker enclosures, dashboard tweeters, rear wheel well upholstered enclosures, digital amp by Herz, Speakers by Audison. Head Unit is Kenwood Excelon DNX9990HD, with GPS, Sirius XM Radio, Navigation, Rear View Camera, Ipod Dock, Integrated Hands Free Cell phone with Mic. kit. Wild Horses Ceramic Shorty Headers flow into a custom 2 into one Quietmaster exhaust, that is not obnoxious loud but, throaty when you get on the gas. (see video) Brand new 23 gallon gas tank, no longer do you have to have a single small tank or 2 small tanks with an AUX switch, this 23 gallon tank is big and frame mounted. Essentially all hardware on truck is brand new, all rubber gaskets on doors, windows, windshield, tailgate, etc. is brand new. Brand New Hydroboost brake setup with dual discs on the front wheels and restored factory rear drums with brand new brake shoes. Power steering works perfectly with excellent turning radius and gorgeous solid wood Grant steering wheel. Matches wood knobs on twin sticks for 4 wheel or 2 wheel. This Bronco comes with 3 different tops.... A Rampage full soft top with tinted rear windows that zip out in ginger spice color, same color as seats a tobacco brown. Only installed for transport then removed. A custom made canvas bikini top that covers the front passenger and driver from the roll bar to the windshield. Also in tobacco brown color to match seats. The third top is a custom made canvas bikini top that covers the rear passengers from the roll bar to the tail gate. Also in tobacco brown color to match seats. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Windshield Wipers, wiper motor and custom painted motor cover are all included in this sale. Wipers function perfectly, I preferred to remove them for a clean look. Tuffy Gun Box located under passenger seat as well as custom upholstered lockable center console. Custom designed Quick release rear seat rails allow you to remove the rear bench or move it (forward or back) in just a couple of minutes. Including seatbelts. Dual High Powered Hella horns are loud as hell and are located behind the front grill. (they look like red eyes behind the grill) Show quality factory chrome bumpers front and rear. Show quality door handles and side mirrors, all factory. This is not an inexpensive Bronco. I have over $75,000 in documented receipts that will be provided to the new owner. A Bronco of this quality cannot be built for the price I am asking and the truck is essentially brand new. The parts alone without labor exceeds $50,000. This wasnt a frame off restoration done in 1998, this was a nut and bolt restoration completed at the end of 2012. The mileage of 688 is a result of driving and tweaking then driving and tweaking again to get it to drive straight, no drift and optimize performance. Brakes extremely well and does not pull. Alignment is perfect, caster and camber readings are perfect. Alignment reports provided to new owner. There is just too much to list and too many pictures to see. If you are looking for a true resto mod Bronco with no problems, no headaches that you just want to turn the key and drive then this is the Bronco for you. Not designed for off road rock crawling, this is a street vehicle with modern updates for daily use. Uncut and unmolested, I tried to retain as much of the original styling and design but, improve on performance, braking and steering and add modern luxuries like air conditioning, improved sound system and navigation and fuel injection rather than a carburetor. The new owner will not be disappointed... Please go to the following link for more photos: OVER 250 MORE PHOTOS CLICK HERE Any requested photos not listed and additional photos will be added daily to the link listed above. Just added over a dozen new pictures with the Bikini Top Installed to the above Link. 1/20/13 **To answer some questions 1/23/13... There is no diamond plate anywhere on this truck, all original steel. There are no fiberglass body parts anywhere on this truck, all original steel. I will not relist the truck on ebay or send it to an auction format. Truck will be auctioned at Barrett Jackson or Mecum Auto Auction if it does not sell here.
