As you can see by our feedback we are very honest sellers. Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. However, if you are unable to do so, we guarantee your happiness with this: If you win, get here and find that we have misrepresented it in any way you can walk away without paying a dime and with no fear of bad feedback. Thank you for looking at our auction. Bike: This is a showroom quality 2009 Honda CRF150R Dirt bike. This machine is monster power in a small package. It all starts with 149cc Liquid Cooled Unicam engine that produces tons of power for it's size. Couple that with the fully adjustable Showa Suspension and lightweight chassis and you have a proven race winner. Also it has Pro-Link rear suspension just like the big boys. In short, even though it's designed for smaller racers, it's big on the features you expect from a Honda. If your reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality with race proven results. Of course it comes with a clear title Condition: This machine is in pristine condition. I don't think it has ever touched dirt. It was not detailed for the photos you see it exactly as we got it. This machine is in showroom new condition. This model doesn't come standard with a speedometer or hour meter so we have to go based on condition. Based on tires and overall wear it couldn't have more than around 1 hour or 10 miles of use. You would have to look long and hard to find an '09 in this condition. We normally describe our machines in great detail but here there Is nothing to say. You literally would believe us if we told you it was brand new. A new one just like this would set you back around $5500. Save a ton of money with this one and you still get a like new machine. Shipping: We do not provide shipping, but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice bike that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
