I bought this clean 73 VW bus from the original owner. I had it painted and was told by the shop that this was a clean bus with only surface rust "beautiful canvas" as they put it. Every window was removed before the paint job (exterior only) and I replaced every seal on all of the windows including new felt channels and scrapers for the doors. The doors on this bus shut amazingly well, the sliding door works great, you don't need two hands to shut it WOW. The tires are brand new with less than 50 miles on them. I have new door seals both driver and passenger along with sliding and back hatch they need to be installed. I had the engine pulled and was going to rebuild it but my mechanic told me it checked out fine all the cylinders had plenty of pressure, I put a new clutch in it and had the motor cleaned. The bus runs but my mechanic tells me carburetors need to be rebuilt or replaced. Other than the two front seats there is no interior. I have all the panels but they are not in good shape and there are no back seats. I never had any intentions of selling this bus but I need MONEY. I have a lot of money tied up into this bus and I'm not planning on getting it all back. If you want more pictures or have any questions send me a email. Bid to buy! I'm selling this bus!
