VEHICLE DESCRIPTION Nice trade-in, 1999 Volvo S80 T6 with 2.9 Liter V6 engine and twin chargers, mated to a proven automatic transmission. What a car! Black paint over black leather under black tint. Wow! This Volvo is very quick, very fast and it runs and drives well. The Mustangs, the Camaros, the 3 and the 5 series Bimmers.. The C and the E class’ Mercedes.. The Acuras, the Infinity.. they're no match for this awesome high performance machine - you'll take em out and they won't know what hit'em. Volvo comes with 300 horsepower and its just goes with such an easy and effortless accelerations. Strong responsive engine. Transmission shifts smoothly. Paint original. The body is clean and straight. All the glass is good. Non-smoker. Front passenger window will not go down(most likely window regulator, $50), the check engine light is on(we had it scanned and its an oxygen sensor, $50) The Volvo runs, drives, rides, turns, steers and stops just fine. Everything appears in good working order. All the buttons and switches are fully operational. Tires tread at 98% life remaining on all four of them. Clean, rust-free undercarriage. On the expressway his head turner hits 90 mph with exhilarating ease and its stopping power is just as impressive. Also the car feels secure and stable at speeds as the power delivery seems unlimited. The seats are the best here. They're super comfortable and appear to be tailor-made just for you. This Volvo comes with an excellent sound system(much better than Nakamichi in the Lexus or Kardon in the BMW or Benz's Bose). There are airbags galore, moon roof, dual power heated seats with with memory, keyless entry, good NJ inspection till July 2013 and more. The real spoiler on trunk is actually from a Swedish cousin Saab and can be removed without much difficulty. This is one menacing looking machine and its a blast to drive. Its very good in snow and great on gas(I recommend using sunoco or shell and either 91 or 93 octane. You'll feel the difference) The interior is extra clean. The exterior is just as flawless. Very nice tint job. The Volvo is safe, clean and a pleasure to drive. Legendary reputation. Both transmission fluid and engine oil should be changed as stated in ‘messages’. The seller also advises a radiator flush sometimes in the future. My 19" ASA rims with good tires (size 245/35ZR19) will fit this Volvo just fine. The rims are in good condition and so are the tires. I paid $1,500 for them and never had any problems. They're not new so expect some normal wear. The same goes for the car. They're the rims i took off my other 1999 S80 T6, that one is Alabaster White. But this one here looks so much more vicious and the rims will make the car even more sick looking. You don't even need the bolts as original ones will fit just fine. Surprisingly the ride will improve and the car will feel even more stable, rides smoother and feel planted. Just don't cut the wheel too much when turning as it'll rub against the plastic wheel well liner. I've been driving my white S80 T6 with these wheels for about two years. No problems. Only compliments. They really do look great and transform the whole car. The rims are black with steel spokes. The two pics of these rims and tires are at the end of pics posted. I'll throw in these rims together with tires as a bonus for additional $800. The Volvo's wicked 11- speaker sound system(it looks like factory-installed but i never saw one on the dozens of Volvo’s we've sold). Expect to put in few hundred bucks into the car to address obvious above mentioned issues but nothing over $500. Also we just replaced a battery. Overall this is a good looking, super safe and very dependable $60,000 european beauty and the biggest and fastest sedan Volvo makes and only begins to show its age.
