1980 HMV (high mileage vehicle) FreewayThis HMV Freeway is in decent codition if you want something perfect this is not your car. It is very complete. I do have the door and engine cover that goes on the bottom. These cars were built in the late 70's to early 80's and were promoted as getting 100 miles per gallon. There were approx. 700 cars built total by 1982 so they are fairly rare.It has the 16hp Tecumseh engine and ran well when I had it running.I had this car running a couple of years ago and the brakes were rebuilt at the same time. I have not driven or had it running recently. The engine still turns freely. I am sure with a little effort you would be right back on the road!I do not have a title for this car it will be sold with a bill of sale. This car was licensed as a motorcycle here in Ohio.
