Up for auction is a 1959 Chevrolet Brookwood station wagon. This is a great project car. I purchased the car several months ago and just don't have the time to finish this project. Car is a 283, starts right up, runs well and sounds great. 3 speed on the floor manual transmission which does need a new clutch. Car will yard drive, but the clutch is very weak. The good news is that I have a brand new cluth that comes with the car. Brakes and parking brake work well. Has a late model rear end with new shocks. The body as can be seen in the photos is pretty decent. The previous owner welded up the rear doors. The cae does have some dings and bondo. The tailgate is quite rusty, but works well. Door handles have been shaved and have remote openers. The glass is all good with 2 small chips in the windshield. Interior nees to be redone. Needs door panels, headliner, seat covers and carpet. Lights work, but needs a new turn signal switch. Floors have been patched at one time and are reasonable, but not perfect. The frame is solid. Feel free to contact me to come and view the car.
