Vehicle Detail
call me with any questions 919-six19-8nine3seven 2001 Chevrolet Silvarado 3500 4 door crew cab Dually 4x4 with the awesome duramax diesel and 5speed allison auto transmission. This is the LT model with leather, power front heated seats, cd player. This truck has always been taken care of and needs nothing. It just turned 188k miles and is ready for another 200k. The truck had all the injectors replaced a few years ago (2009), and recent new parts include a new water pump, power steering hoses, trans fluid flush and filter change, transfer case electric shift motor, and two new front tires, and a recent oil change. All of this was done as preventative maintenance as I hadn't planned on selling it anytime soon. The only after market modifications is a MBRP 4" exhaust. This truck has never been "hot rodded" or abused. Reason for selling is that I lost my job and can't justify keeping a big truck. I used it to tow the 23ft boat I used to have, and every now and then my parents 28 ft boat, but most of the miles were put on driving highway between wilmington and chapel hill and some trips to pa and fl. I would not hesitate to hop in this truck and hit the road to california. It does have a few scratches and small dings as would any truck that has been used. The ac is cold, heated seats work great, and the only mechanical type problem i know of is a little bit of play in the driver seat track. All the power functions work, but it has a tiny bit of play forward and backward. Also, while the 2 steering tires are almost new, the rears have around 25-30k miles on them. They are nowhere near bald and will still be good for a couple years. Truck was also recently inspected. I have owned this truck for almost 3 years, and the previous owner had the gooseneck hitch removed before i bought it. You can see the hole in the bed but there is NO hitch included. Also, the front passenger trim ring fell off since I took the pictures and I have replaced it. They are cheap, and I was just going to get wheel simulators for it anyways.
