VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Up for auction is a fully loaded 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition with 211335 miles. The leather interior shows normal wear. This vehicle has a clear title. The vehicle sustained front end collision damage and cannot be started. The driver and front air bags are deployed. The side airbags are intact. Due to collision damage, we cannot check the power options. All tires have approximately 80% tread remaining. Vehicle comes with one key. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A deposit of $200 US dollars is due within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment is required within seven days of auction close. Vehicle will be sold whole, as is, where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Purchaser is responsible for vehicle pickup or shipping. In-State Buyers are responsible for all applicable registration fees. Out of State Buyers are responsible for any and all State, County or local taxes, title/registration fees, license plate fees and any other fees that may apply within the state the vehicle will be registered. We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if the vehicle is no longer available for sale for any reason. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Purchaser is responsible for delivery of vehicle. We can assist with the loading of vehicles. We assume no reponsibility for damage occuring after the vehicle leaves our premesis. Any damage claims are between the purchaser and shipping company PAYMENT INFORMATION: A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 US dollars is due within 24 hours of auction close. Purchaser must contact us within 48 hours. The balance due is within seven days of auction close. If the deposit is not received, the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other potential buyer.
