Project car, needs full restoration ! Selling my 1965 Le Mans convertible 326 V-8 T-10 4 speed. Car WAS 90% restored until hurricane sandy came. The car was completely under water. However the title is clear because there was no insurance on the vechile. Coulda should woulda. I have all of the trim and interior parts, I just have to locate them all. The car has power front disc brakes (Right Stuff conversion), power steering, no A/C and a power top. The engine had less than 5k on a complete rebuild, the paint was brand new. Most of the major trim pieces (front & rear bumpers, head & tail light bezels, rear valance panel) were rechromed. The wheels do not match, they are rollers only. I also have a 1965 dated 389 and automatic trans out of a 60k Bonnieville that can be negotiated into the sale. This car is fixable and deserves to be restored (again) but I just cannot do it all over. PLEASE ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID!!!!! The vechile is located in Middletown N.J. 07737. Delivery is possible within 100 or so miles. In response to multiple questions that I have recieved concerning payment and shipping options. To protect both myself and the buyer of the car CASH IN PERSON is the only form of payment that I will accept. Sorry for any trouble that this may cause but this is not a 10-20k car so any bank should have no problem getting the buyer the funds in cash. For out of state buyers I WILL NOT conduct any transaction over the phone or through e-mail only. Personal contact is required for payment and/or inspection. Again I do not want to be a pain, but this is for the benefit of all involved. A qualafied third party inspection is welcome, and I will do all I can to assist with loading for long distance shipping, but nothing happens until I have cash in hand.
