This 2002 Mini Cooper is being sold AS IS, I have tried to list all the problems, but if I missed something please don't hold it against me. About 174K 80% highway miles Engine sounds good and runs good OEM stereo has been replaced with a Kenwood KDC-C491 (IT ROCKS) and is already wired for amplified speakers in back. Other than whats listed below the car seems to be in good shape. Now why it's a project car. My Mechanic says I need a new transmission (5 sp stick) It makes noise when driving and is leaking fluid. Front bumper is pushed in a inch or so, you really can't tell but the hood release cable for left side is too long now and won't release with normal method, but a pair of pliers (included) pulling the cable from inside the car releases it. with the bumper marker lights on front fenders don't stay flat, one is also broke I have replacement. Check Engine light is on, my mechanic was unable to get reading on his computer. Center floor console (parking brake) needs to be put back together looks like parts are in trunk. Low Air Tire is flashing pressure is good on all drive tires. past owner said he had this before and was spare tire.
