1989 CAMARO IROC-Z CONVERTIBLE A very nice and original example of a rare Iroc convertible. Difficult to find one in this condition. A true California car that was sold originally from Cormier Chevrolet, which is les than two miles away from me. I have the original window sticker and build sheet. I have kept this car in my garage ever since I bought the car and restored it a few years ago. The vehicle was taken apart and repainted piece by piece in the original factory color. All the decals were replaced and a brand new canvas top with rear glass was installed. The original 305 was replaced with a 350 , corvette L98 aluminum heads and LT1 cam. The added power has made this car alot more responsive and pleasant to drive. Under the hood looks stock and original. The A/C still blows cool, the power locks, power windows , power antenna and power trunk still all work. It runs very well and just passed the California smog test. All the engine upgrades are 50 state smog legal. I also replaced the starter, water pump, Radiator, Optima battery, fuel injectors,oxygen sensor, tires, and installed Edelbrock ceramic coated smog legal headers. Have many receipts and pictures. The interior seats are black leather and are still in good shape. The original padded dash looks good and has no sun damage. The steering wheel was sent out and re-rapped by a professional steering wheel restorer. The carpet is faded and is the only thing left to do. An Alpine CDA117 stereo and Infinity Capa speakers are installed. One sub woofer and amp in the trunk. This vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty.
