Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2008 Honda Rancher 420 ES EFI 4x2 ATV. The Rancher line is the best selling line of ATV's in America. It is one of the most versatile, dependable ATV's ever made. It starts with the 420cc four stroke, liquid cooled work horse engine with electronic fuel injection. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This Rancher is the new 420 model and is loaded with features like Electronic Fuel Injection and Electric Shift Transmission. This is the ES which means Electric Shift so instead of shifting gears with your foot you do so by simply pushing buttons with your thumb. It has 5 forward gears and reverse. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in excellent used condition. It has only 321 original miles. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The tires are still in excellent condition with 85% or more of the original tread remaining. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The rear fender has a few normal scratches other than that the plastics are in great shape. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $6500. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. So if you want to add a snow plow, trailer, winch, nicer wheels, etc just drop us a line. We'd be happy to help. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine sold new in a state that does not title ATVs therefore it does not have a title. It does have documentation showing its legal chain of ownership and a notarized lien release. It can be titled in any state that requires titles for ATVs with a notarized Kentucky bill of sale which we will provide.
