Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2009 Honda Rubicon 500 Automatic Power Steering GPS 4x4 Utility ATV. The Rubicon line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500cc four stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go well beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This Rubicon is loaded with features 5 speed Electric Shift or Full Auto Transmission with low and high range. In addition this one has built in GPS, Power steering, and a brand new set of Sedona Buzz Saw Radial tires mounted on Moose Aluminum Rims. Power Steering is hands down the best option on this Rubicon. Trust me once you ride an ATV with Power Steering you will never go back. This Rubicon is also the Automatic or Electric shift version. So instead of shifting gears with your foot you do so by simply pushing buttons with your thumb or put it in Auto mode and it does all the shifting for you. This way you get the ease of use of an automatic with the reliability of a gear-driven manual. No belts to ever slip or break. These late model Rubicon models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by flipping a switch. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work and ride on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. The wheel and tire package on this ATV would easily cost you $900 if purchased separately. Of course it does come with a clean title Condition: This machine is in excellent condition. It has a very low 219 original miles. That is not even broken in yet for a Rubicon. It will literatlly last you a lifetime. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The wheels and tires are brand new and have never touched dirt. The plastics are excellent with a just a few very light, normal scratches. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. You will struggle to find any pre-owned 4x4 ATV in this kind of condition. This one is beautiful. A new one with these tires and wheels would cost you nearly $10,000. Here you get a super nice machine and can save a bundle. High bidder wins. Guaranteed. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
