Vehicle Detail
Here is a 1964 f250 4x4. Box A miles, at 86000, clean Arizona title. The truck is almost rust free. This started out as my project but I work too much to finish it. This truck runs and drives and has the original 292 in it as I know it. I am not an expert on these trucks so take that in mind as I detail. Here is what I have done.. New brakes and drums on the front, rebuilt carb, changed all the fluids in the drive train, new shocks. Changed out the transfer case bushing mounts. I believe it has 5:38 gears and it has a locker in the rear. The exhaust is nearly new. The paint is driver grade and not that great condition but it covers it. The one rust spot I know of is on the front edge of the hood where apparently it did not get sanded well and bubbled a little, it does not appear to be rusted through anywhere. The floor boards have surface rust but the mounts are solid and so are the floors, an inspection under the truck will show how rust free it really is. There is no headliner and you can see the cab is damage free on the top. What needs to be done: The gas gauge does not work, there is an add on amp and oil pressure gauge under the dash. The heater is out but I have the box and new air hoses and other parts that I will throw in. I believe I can come up with all 16" rims for the truck, the tires are not suitable for long distances. I will gladly answer any questions or try to send pics of areas of concern. I would like payment in full at close of auction via pay pal, as the truck is sold "as is where is" I can store up to two weeks after close of auction, while you make arrangements. I also have a 1961 f250 4x4, that is NOT included in this auction and it is not running, but also has an excellent rust free body, that I am willing to sell to the winning bidder or anyone else. As I said, I am not an expert, but will try to answer any questions. This item is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction for a local buyer.
