1972 CL450 Scrambler You are viewing my 1972 CL450 Scrambler with 11,555 well maintained miles and clean title. The bike runs and rides well shifting though all gears effortlessly. The engine is very clean and runs strong. Electric and kick-start both work (starter makes a little noise) Both hand and foot brakes function as they should. The paint, decals, and emblems are in excellent condition. There are a few scuffs on the exhaust, blinkers and rims as the bike has been ridden. The tires are in great shape with a lot of life left (no dry-rot). The hand grips, brake/clutch levers, fork boots, mirrors, luggage rack and seat are in great condition. The seat locking latch has been removed. The exhaust is solid with no loss of baffling or rust. The hand brake does not light up the brake light but the foot brake does. The headlight housing is cracked but all lights on this bike work. The tank and petcock have been cleaned and fresh gas with Stabile additive have been added as the bike has been sitting a while. I was planning a tune-up before next riding season but my wife says I already have one bike to maintain and don’t need two..
