1968 CHEVELLE 2DR MALIBU 350 V8 POWERGLIDE AUTO TRANS POWER STEERING POWER BRAKES This 1968 chevelle started life as a 307 v8 car the 307 is long gone in its place is a newer 350 v8 that was rebuilt by the previous owner about 2 years ago. The engine runs strong no smoke no noises it runs like it should it has a edelbrock intake and carb with elec choke accel high performance hei distributor it has full length headers that run to a newer (about 1 year old) exhaust with flowmaster mufflers (sounds very strong) the motor does have a cam I do not have the specs on it but it’s not too radical just a nice lope very streetable. The car has a Powerglide with a manual valve body for a little more fun. It has a stock converter. The car has power brakes power steering the car was an A/C car but everything from the firewall forward is gone as you can see from the pics. this is a driver this is not a $20K show car don’t expect one the paint is a few years old and has some nicks and or chips here and there nothing too bad the quarters on the car have been repaired at sometime in the cars past. The front fenders look to have been patched at the bottoms. The floors have had some patches welded in along with a small patch in the trunk see the pics. The frame is solid and the rest of the car looks to be untouched. Again this is a driver not a show car the bodywork and paint is of driver quality. The paint has a nice shine to it and looks very respectable. The lights signals brakes all work just fine there are 2 new tires on the front the rear tires are Mickey Thompsons and have 30% or so left on them. What the car needs: Seat covers, carpet, headliner, dashpad, and a radio none of this would stop you from driving the car but it’s what I would do if I was able to keep the car. As you can see in the pics the side moldings and Malibu emblems are missing I have some of them just not all.
