The driver seat is in EXCELLENT condition (as you can see in the pictures below) and so are all of the other seats in the vehicle. Remember, it is a pre-owned vehicle and it's being offered to you for NOWHERE near its original price so minor blemishes should be expected in any pre-owned purchase. However, we can CONFIDENTLY say that this vehicle is in SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION! The exterior of the vehicle is GORGEOUS and DOES NOT have any noteworthy blemishes. Quite frankly, the only "flaw" that we believe to be even "worth" mentioning is that the plastic piece which borders the driver seat is hanging loose. This has ABSOLUTELY NO IMPACT on the power seating functions - it is strictly cosmetic and does not need have any impact on the vehicle whatsoever. Furthermore, it appears to be VERY EASILY fixable as it looks like the little "circular" plastic part which attaches that plastic piece to the seat is missing (see close-up photos below).
