Car runs great and idles smooth, no leaks, TX and AZ stored car hence some of the AZ pictures, purchased then shipped to MA this summer. Selling due to recent engagement with money needed to start our family Car has straight and solid body with paint that could need touching up but no major rust on panels or underneath. Recent tune up with receipts (new ignition coil, new alternator belt, spark plugs, in tank and in rail fuel pumps, fuel sending unit, new brake pads, A.C recharged) Transmission shifts great and the car stops promptly, Electrical items work well. Interior in good shape with tinted windows, Alloy wheels with tires that have plenty of tread. Car needs a rack and pinion so currently power steering is inoperable as is A/C although AC recently charged. Cold starts hard. More pictures available on request. Cold start issue may be to do with the cold start valve but once running and driven it starts right up again time after time. Wheels are 16" with 205 50r 16 Michelin tires in good condition. Rust on the trunk lid is minimal, needs sanding down and prepping. A collector 240 that is very unusual. I have not been able to find one that looks as unique as this one. Car has spent the majority of its life in the South West and West. Car has been thoroughly inspected by a couple of different mechanics who stated that the car was solid, some work needed but nothing major. Great base for a restoration. Car has a salvage title due to it being donated in TX a few years back. No evidence of any major accidents Please keep in mind that this is a USED VEHICLE!!!! Wear and tear is expected BUT nothing to be concerned about.
