This is a 1998 Ford F-150 XL Regular cab Long bed Pickup with the 4.6 liter V8 engine in a NO RESERVE AUCTION. It has: power steering, power brakes, anti-lock brakes, 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive, cruise control, tilt, am/fm stereo, air conditioning, working tommy lift, sliding back window, rubber mat instead of carpet. The outside is in decent shape; there are multiple dents and dings from being a work truck and there is a major dent on the passenger side at the bottom of the door (please see close up picture) but, it is not structural (no frame or rail damage) and does not affect the way the truck drives or the door opening and closing. Inside, the interior is pretty good; it shows some signs of wear (especially on the driver's seat) but overall looks good and clean. The vehicle runs, rides and drives very well! The engine and transmission are in great shape. It is a one owner vehicle and has been well maintained. There are no known mechanicle issues. It has been owned since new by the city of Lawrence, KS. It has very low miles for the year and runs like new. The tires all have good tread but, the front pair are dry rotted and need replacing soon; the back two look fine to me. Tommy lift works well but is rusty. I am including 20 large photos of the vehicle from every angle to give you a good idea of what it looks like. Acceptable forms of payment for the deposit are cash in person, cashier’s check, or money order.
