you are looking at a 1972 chevrolet c10, 2 wheel drive, short wheel base, step side, with original motor and original transmission. this truck is a true barn find, bought out of an old mans barn, the black paint has been rubbed off by the cattle to expose the blue underneath on the front clip that was changed in the mid 70s. original paint on the cab and bed, new rocker panels and one new cab corner. the only rust left in this truck is the typical strip above the windsheild, two quarter sized holes in the floor pan under the seat, and one small place in the drivers side bedside fender where it meets the step. the bottom side of this truck is in great shape, only minor surface rust and some dirt. the truck originated in georgia and made its way to kentucky a few years ago. this truck is solid as you could possibly expect from a 40 year old truck. the pictures are worth a 1000 words but this truck in person is stunning. new wood in the bed floor, stained black, with new metal strips in the bed with all polished stainless hardware, the floors other than the 2 small holes are "LIKE A ROCK!" the only thing keeping this truck off the road is one busted metal brake line, tags and insurance. I would love to keep this truck but i have way to many projects with more sentimental value. i would like to bless someone with this jewel, i think that anyone that is a fan of these trucks would be proud to call it theirs, i have a very low and reasonable reserve on this truck, it is well worth more than i am asking and would be a very easy restoration. thank you for looking and happy bidding
