2006 Cadillac Escalade COLLECTOR'S EDITION and SELECT EDITION options with LUXURY PACKAGE. Top of the Line with all the toys. Less than 61,000 ACTUAL miles (see below*) ~ (this will vary as it is driven daily). Well-maintained and garage kept it's entire life. We are the second owners. *The first owners had the car confiscated due to a legal issue of some kind. We purchased the vehicle at a police auction and were instructed at that time that any seized vehicle must have "miles not actual" printed on the title - regardless if they were actual or not. So, the title states this even though the miles are, in fact, actual. We have discovered that this can be corrected with copies of maintenance records showing mileage throughout it's life from accredited Cadillac dealers (which, we have in hand) along with a form downloaded from the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (VIN/Mileage check). Once these documents are forwarded to The DMV, it takes about 60 to 90 days for the corrected title to come back. However, I've allowed these documents to sit in my inbox and never got around to sending them in. So, my loss is your gain. We need to sell the car and don't have time to send in the documents and wait around for the title. It runs and drives like new and can be driven anywhere. The body is in excellent condition with the usual parking lot dings (No dents or damage). Everything works as it should. The tires have about 50% tread remaining. (I think they are the original tires). It's ready to go. Always maintained with oil changed every 3000 miles; washed and cleaned regularly; never smoked in; and always garaged.
