I have a 1970 Honda CB 500. I modified it last year. I cleaned it up put brand new tires on it. The tank has the protective lining in it. I painted the tank and the side covers. I also put the decals on there to give it a old school Army racer look. I put different handle bars on it for the cafe style. I re wired it and put new turn signals front and rear on it, new brake light too. I cut the rear fender a bit for a more aggressive look. Painted the fenders and engine matte black. I had the engine and carbs gone through buy a professional bike mechanic. I put new carb air filters on it. Its fast and runs awesome. The only bad things are it has a starter but it's not hooked up. I know it works, I prefer to kick start it though. The speedometer don't work, needs a new cable. Also with sale, I can throw in another Cb500 complete engine and carbs off a 73. Thanks for looking! Also it is sold as is no warranty.. Some things to make clear... The bike is 40 plus years old and it will require more maintinece than a newer model motorcycle. I would say that the condition of the bike is good. Just normal wear and tear. It has some nics and small imperfections that a 40 plus year old bike would.
