********NO RESERVE******** 1977 Dodge W200 / M882 Power Wagon. I built this truck as a keeper but I have too many vehicles. I did all the following work on it over the last 8 months. I have about 200 miles on it since completion. This truck has very low miles on it. Odometer shows 22,865 miles on it and I believe it is accurate. This truck was stationed in Germany until 1993. I have shiping paperwok that states it came back to the U.S. in 1993 with 1814 miles on it. As you can see in the pics, I have completely gone through this truck and made it 100% reliable. This truck is turn-key and needs nothing. It was painted with Gillespie Coatings enamel. I spent a lot of time making sure rust was stopped. I used paint wands to paint inaccessible voids, and sandblasted rust before using POR-15. I was an I-CAR certified auto-body tech up until 2006. BODY- No rust anywhere. Cab was removed from frame. New floors professionally welded in, then coated in POR-15, then the whole inside of the cab recieved a fresh coat of POR-15. Underside got POR-15 then 3M undercoating. Inside of rocker panels got coated with a paint wand as well as all other inaccessible voids. Dash frame was removed then sandblasted/repainted. All gauges work. No electrical gremlins. The inside of the fenders, wheelwells, radiator support, tailgate, bed floors, etc. were sandblasted then got POR-15, then painted forrest green. The tailgate is pristine; absolutely no dents or rust on it. New windshield and windshield gasket. New rear window gasket. Cab mount bushings were inspected and reinstalled as they were in great shape. Both doors received new Doorman window regulators and window seals from Steele Rubber. The shoulder seat belts are new NOS. The horn button is new NOS. Headlamps are halogen. AXLES-4.10 ratios front and rear. Axles do not leak at all. Front axle received new NOS hub/rotor assemblies, new Timken SET25 wheel bearings, new DANA/Spicer lifetime wheel u-joints, Napa's premium ball-joints, new inner and outer bearing seals, new brake pads, and fresh synthetic 80w-90 Valvoline gear oil. Rear axle received new bearings, new brake hardware and brake shoes, new wheel cylinders, and fresh synthetic 80w-90 Valvoline gear oil. ENGINE- Stock 318 with 22,865 miles. Runs excellent. New radiator from Performance Radiator. Napa rebuilt distributor. Fresh Mobil 1 synthetic 20w-50 motor oil. New plug wires, plugs, air filter, alternator, and heater control valve. TRANSMISSION- 727 with new shift kit. Fresh fluid and filter change. Trans shifts perfect and doesn't leak at all. TRANSFER CASE- Drained correctly then filled with fresh synthetic 10w-30 motor oil. Transfer case operates perfectly. BRAKES- New master cylinder, new brake booster, new rear wheel cylinders, new pads on front axle, new shoes on rear axle, new hardware kit for rear drums. Brakes are excellent. TIRES/WHEELS -Cooper Discoverer with about 95% tread remaining. 16 inch rims.
