THIS VEHICLE IS LOCATED IN KENTUCKY. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BIDDING. Description: You are bidding on one previously owned 1996 Ford E-350 14 passenger van. This Ford van was owned and turned in to us by the Kentucky Division of Fleet Transportation. This is now considered Kentucky State Government Surplus Property. They have asked us to sell it for them on EBAY. VIN: 1FBJS31H0THA75781 General: This VAN is White in color and has GRAY vinyl seats and has Black vinyl floor mat throughout. There are 110,380. miles on this Blazer. It has the 5.8 Liter Gasoline V8 engine in it. The tires are LT245/75R16. There is a full size spare tire up under the rear of the vehicle. There is a tire jack that is under the first seat in the passenger area. The engine sounds good. There are no drips, misses or rattles. It seems to be smooth running and starts right up. The Transmission shifts well and seems to work ok. The vehicle does not leak any fluids out onto the ground as far as we can tell. The Air conditioner and the heater work properly, it also has Rear Air Conditioning. DRIVER SIDE: Fender: It has 3-4 small chips in the paint, 2-3 scuff marks and 3-4 scratches. There is small dent on top of the fender also. Driver's Door: A scratch approx. 3” x ¼” near the center of door. A few small chips in the paint and a scuff mark just before and after the door handle. REST OF SIDE: Two (2) scratches approx. 4”-5” in length and a couple smaller ones on down the side. 10-12 chips in the paint. There is a small dent in the rear corner right behind the or above the bumper. BACK END: BACK DOORS: 6-8 chips in the paint and 2-3 scratches. The right door has a good-size dent on the bottom right corner of it. Rear Bumper: Top of it has a lot of scratches. It looks like someone did a lot of loading and unloading there. The rest of the bumper has several scratches in it and there are 2-3 small dents in it too. PASSENGER SIDE: There is a large dent in the right rear corner of the van. It is above the bumper and below the tail light. (See Photo). There is a small dent near the back, just forward of the tail light. In this dent is a scratch approx. 3” x ½” . The rest of the side only has a few chips in the paint and a few scuff marks. The lower door hinges all have paint missing from them on the forward side of them. FRONT: HOOD: There is a rusty spot on the passenger side of the hood that looks like someone set a piece of metal on it and left it for a while, the rust is residue from the object that is gone now. It may clean up as it is just on the painted surface. BUMPER: Has a few chips in the paint and several scratches. ROOF: There is an antenna mounted in the center toward the front. Also the roof has some paint missing in the lower spots and surface rust has set in. The gutter line has some rusty places in it. There are some small dents on the roof that look like some HAIL damage. INTERIOR: The steering wheel has been cut on. There are some small pieces carved out of it. There is a mount for a microphone on the center console of the dash and a radio bracket mounted to the engine cowling be the microphone mount. It has AM / FM Stereo with a clock in the display. The seats are gray vinyl and all of them have issues. The BEST seat is the very back seat, or 4th row. The two front seats are only coming apart in the seams in the bottom section where you sit. The look is ugly but they still sit okay. The passenger area seats are all cut on, torn, ripped or really worn. This is including the tops of the backs of the seats too. There may be padding missing or hanging down. The Black vinyl floor mat is rolling up between the front seats and the passenger compartment. The passenger area doors all have some black paneling from the factory and some of it has been peeled off and some is dented and torn. The black plastic entry step into the passenger compartment is broken in a couple of spots or so. The seat belts are all there for every seating place. The passenger front seat has the plastic base broken at the floor on the buckle side of the belt and it works but it falls out in the center of the floor when not in use. The Over Drive off and on button on the end of the shifter still works properly but the cap at the end of the shifter is missing. The van has Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel Air Conditioning and Rear Air too. The ventilation vents in the roof for the rear are missing, well most of them are. The vents all seem to have the air blowing out in the right places just the covers are missing. The headliner is gray. It is dirty and cut, torn ripped and has some extra holes in it.
