Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2011 Suzuki King Quad 500 AXi EFI 4x4. These are great ATV's. They have a liquid cooled, 4-stroke fuel injected engine. The engine is backed up by the awesome fully automatic transmission with high range, low range and reverse. Just put it in gear hit the gas and go makes for a sweet easy ride. It has four wheel independent suspension and on-demand 4 wheel drive meaning that when you need 4x4 you only have to flip a switch. If it gets real bad this machine also has differential lock to lock all 4 wheels. It also has a speedometer with odometer. Racks on both ends are standard, it has full floor boards instead of pegs and a trailer hitch. These ATV's are plenty big enough to do anything you want yet not huge and heavy like some of the big bore machines. Just in time for Deer Hunting season. This machine is a very reliable for hunting and with the camo plastics its ready to go. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in excellent condition. It has only 722 original miles and 111 engine hours of use. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The fuel injection makes for instantaneous starts even in cold weather. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The wheels are in nice shape and the tires have lots of the original tread remaining. The ATV looks almost new. The fenders a very nice with nothing cracked or damaged. It may have a light scratch here and there but nothing serious or significant. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $9000. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
