For sale is my 2003 Honda CR125r. This motorcycle was purchased back in the summer of 2010 and was fully re-built from the ground up with new bearings, axles, frame fasteners, etc. This bike was originally purchased just to have fun on, but I quickly realized it was too fast for what I am looking for in a recreational off-road vehicle. I did get a chance to test ride the bike at our local motocross track and it was phenomenal to ride and jump. The bike does need a new clutch, as I had accidentally installed a set of aftermarket clutch plates that were steel instead of aluminum, however, it still rides and shifts adequately enough for some riding time while it lasts (the steel is eating grooves into the aluminum clutch basket!). I have been changing the oil after every few hours, so the engine is still clean and I have recently installed a brand new Wiseco top-end kit that only has 5hrs. or so of riding time on it. The bike comes with many extras, such as: a Pro Circuit exhaust system, V-Force reeds, iBooster spark amplifier, Acerbis fender kit, Renthal handlebars, a near complete set of carburetor jets and needles, 12 and 13-tooth front sprockets, an extra matching seat, bike stand and triangle, and other things I am probably forgetting. I have only run pure 93 octane petroleum gasoline with Bel-Ray H1R pre-mix oil in this engine, it will make you hold on tightly!!! The bike is geared to accelerate very quickly the way I have it set up and the included 13-tooth sprocket will allow you to bring it back to the stock gearing ratio if you like. I am willing to deliver up to 130mi. from 37377, otherwise, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping or freight that I am willing to work with you on. Normally, this bike would be going for $1,500, however, I am starting the bidding off at $1,200 due to the fact that the clutch needs to be replaced.
