This is a 1971 280se convertible CONVERSION. It was done many years ago by the first owner. I have no books or records, but I believe the miles to be accurate. The body is in excellent shape, with no signs of any accidents. It is a repaint, and the car is a 2+ driver. It is a very desirable year and a low grill as was in 71. It has the dealer installed factory Behr A/C. Windows work as do vent levers. Leather is good to very good, front seats redone. Wood is good, not perfect, dash upper vent wood bad. Front shows no sign of damage. Engine runs very well, slight miss on idle, but no smoking or miss on running. AC needs charging. Glass good no cracks or delaminating. TOP is Bad. broken pins in several ploaces and 2 or 3 bent pieces. I bought the car as a driver, but I dont have the time or patience to fix the top. I live in Houston, and must have a/c and a top.
