Up for your consideration is a 1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible with suicide doors. I was going to part out this car so I have removed the rocker panel chrome front and back on both sides of the car, and the passengers side rear wheel-well chrome, (I sold the passenger side rear wheel chrome, and still have all the rocker panel chrome) but due to the high demand for the whole car I decided I better not part out this piece of Lincoln history. A tree fell on the convertible top damaging the braces and breaking two of the windows. Car is in need of total restoration. Motor runs and transmission goes in and out of gear and seems fine. There were only 3,356 of the 1965 Lincoln Continental Convertibles produced. 1965 would be the final year for the body style introduced in 1961. External styling changes were highly visible this year, and included front fender-mounted parking lights and ribbed chrome trim on the taillights.
