I am continuing to sell project cars that I don't think I will get to. This is a 1971 Mustang Mach 1 fastback that is pretty complete. It lived most of it's life in Eastern New Mexico. The car runs pretty good and drives, however it is not road worthy. It has a set of aftermarket, old school wheels and also has the original jack. It started out with a 302/4 speed combination. It does have some rust from junk and moisture piled up in it, however it is not the road salt cancer from back east. There is the typical quarter panel rust from mud around the wheel wells. and the back floor and trunk need attention from old carpet and moisture sitting for years. The body is pretty straight with no obvious evidence of major damage.There is some damage behind the driver side wheel well at the rear with the sheet metal being pushed up. I installed a new Nasa hood without the scoop inserts having slight damage. It wouldn't take much to get this driveable to use as a fun back-roads car, however the car needs FULL RESTORATION to go to shows or have something to be proud of.
