I'm selling my 2010 Evo X, Its in perfect condition, never been to the drag strip, never launced, never abused in any way other than several track days at ViR and CMP (and it is a monster on the track). This car was sent to AMS Performance in Chicago when it had roughly 10k miles on it. It was completely stock at the time.
