2002 Dodge Intrepid R/T, 3.5L V-6 I have owned this car since Feb 2006 when it had 24k miles on it. A lot of highway miles the past 3 years. The TRANSMISSION has been professionally rebuilt last November(2011) and that cost me $2600. Now the engine has thrown a rod, and they tell me it will require some serious repair, or even a new engine. The car does not run. I last drove it on September 14th, and it has not run since. It has been a great car for me. If you have the tools and the know-how, then this will probably be a steal for you. A brand new windshield was installed by SafeLite in July. Also, this is the much more limited production and hard to find R/T 'sport' model, with the Auto-Stick option included, 17" factory CHROME Rims(Goodyear tires), with a matching full sized '5th' 17" Chrome Rim as the spare, which still has the original Michelin tire on it and I had it on the car one time, so the chrome is in excellent condition! The other four that are on the car need some tlc, and have started to peel in places. The car is straight, never in an accident, with no dents, no rust, just some scratches here and there, mostly on the front bumper. The cloth interior is very clean too, with no rips or stains. No kids and No Smoking. It never failed the Virginia Safety and Emissions annual tests. Car is all original, no modifications have been done. The only thing not stock is the ALPINE CD Player I had Best Buy install when I purchased the car, and the 6 high end BOSTON ACOUSTICS speakers installed with it. Sounds great and will go with the cars, as well as the original radio, if I can locate it in my garage, that is.
