----------- ok here is the deal. Ebay pulled this auction from me last night because i had the title as clear and they said the"auto check" came back as a rebuilt title. I checked the title this morning and it is a rebuilt title. This was a honest mistake. When i bought the truck i did not notice the title being rebuilt because i took it straight to my bank so i did not look at it very closley. I have been all under this truck and have seen no signs of a bent frame from a wreck, so what ever happened to this truck in it's past could'nt have been that bad. And whoever rebuilt it done a really good job because it looks really good. AGAIN I AM SORRY FOR MY MISTAKE TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAD BIDS ON IT AND HOPE YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED. I am staring this over as a 3 day auction.------If your looking for a dodge pickup with the world famous cummins engine you stopped at the right ad. The ONLY reason i am selling this vehicle is because my son has went to college and his rent and tution is more important to me than this truck. So here we go. The truck is a 1999, dodge ram 2500 ,4x4,extended cab with 4 doors. It has the 24 vavle cummings diesel engine and it sounds great and has amazing power. The transmission is automatic, it shifts smooth and has never offered to slip. The interior has the slt package which comes with the beautiful wood grain dash. The seats are leather with the drivers being electric controlled. It has the step bars,window visors,receiver hitch,gooseneck ball,brake box (do not know if it works because i have never had a trailer hooked to the plug),and tool box. This truck is very strong and i would not be scared to take off any were in it. The mileage is 219,554 which sounds high if it was a gas burner but these cummings are known for going really high mileages with no trouble. We bought this truck from a guy that i work with,he had the gooseneck ball installed. He only had it hooked up maybe twice and i have never had it hooked to a gooseneck. I'm saying this because i don't want someone to think this truck has had a hard life because it has a ball in it. I am straight shooter and can't stand being lied to myself so i am going to tell the good and bad of this truck. So here it is. The good first. Since we have had the truck here is the parts and work that i have done to it. It has a new tool box from tractor supply,radiator,tie rod (long one),exhaust manifold,front brake pads,brake calipers,front brake hoses,and one steel brake hose in rear. The transmission had a leak were the transfer case bolts up to it. I removed the transfer case and installed new seals in the transmission and the transfer case and reinstalled transfer case. I changed the transmission filter and oil and test drove to check all for leaks. Mechanicly the truck is in good shape. O.K. know for the bad. The truck has your standard scratches and dings for a 13 year old truck. The dash is cracked and the front seats are worn (we put camo seat covers over them and the steering wheel). The hood is peeling its seal coat off which was typical for anything made in the 90's. Their is one front fender that is cracked on the edge and the only rust i can see is were we pulled the mud flaps off the front and their was some rust behind them. All of this is in the pictures but if you want more i can email you some (just leave me a message that you want them). The dome light got were it was staying on so we pulled the bulb out (figured it was a stuck door switch but we never got around to fixing that). The drivers window will roll up and down but sometimes it sticks down (you can peck on the door and it starts rolling up again,it just started doing this and i have not taken time to fix this). The air conditioner must have a small leak in it, i charged it up when i got it and blew ice cold for about 3 months and has slowly gotten warmer. This is about all i can honsetly think of that is wrong with it. I have done the major repairs to it and am letting this minor stuff be fixed by the next owner. I still owe some money on this truck at my local bank, and that is why i have to get out of the payments so i can get my son thru college. I have already talked to my banker and he is ready to release the title straight to the person that buys it when i pay it off. I prefer cash at time of pickup (my bank is 15 minutes away and you can go with me to pay it off and get your title) or you can wire your money straight to my bank and i can have the title waiting when you arrive to pick it up.
