1927 all steel Ford Model T Roadster. Arizona titled as a 1927 Ford with a Arizona State assigned ID number, clear title in my name. I built this car in 06-07 to look in the style of the 48-52 era. To this end all parts are 1948 or earlier or reproductions of same. the only exceptions are the engine, trans, frame and odd small parts. The frame is 2X3" tubing built to Model A dimensions ,wheelbase etc. The engine is a 153CID Chevy II 4 cylinder with a hotter cam ,2 carbs and a header. The trans is a Borg Warner T-50 5 speed. Nice interior and body is near paint ready,needs the hood re-primed and final sanding. I have put over 11K miles on the car since I built it and is quite reliable,but you need to know what a carb and points ignition are.The only mechanical issue is the 4th gear syncro is getting a bit weak and wants a slow shift. The car does come with a spare transmission however.I'm just under 6ft and 200lbs and it fits me fine, I've had a friend that is 6'2" and 210+ drive it with no problem. 3rd party inspection is not a problem and is welcomed.
