1969 PONTIAC GTO RAM AIR III JUDGE, A TRUE JUDGE WITH PHS DOCUMENTATION! LOADED WITH ITS CORRECT 400, POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, TILT STEERING, AND SO MUCH MORE! IT IS COMPLETELY RUST FREE AND TURN KEY! This Judge has had a tremendous amount of work done to it over the last year. It is completely rust free and seems to retain much of its original sheet metal. Mechanically it handles extremely well. So if you're looking for a fun & fast cruiser to take to the shows, this Judge is it. Body: The body on this Judge is completely rust free. The floors, trunk, fenders, rockers, hood, frame, rear sill, cowl, everything is completely rust & bondo free. From what I have gathered, the trunk pan seems to have been replaced with a one piece trunk pan. It was done professionally and lines up very well. Aside from that, the rest of the sheet metal appears to be original to the car and I have not found any areas where bondo or rust exist. It is very straight and solid. The paint on the Judge is the correct Carousel Red and it shines out beautifully. It has been repainted and appears to have been done professionally some time within the last ten years. All of the chrome through out the Judge is in great condition as is all of the glass & decals. There is one decal along the hood that is not correct. The Judge is sitting on its original wheels which are in excellent condition. The tires are also fairly new and are also in excellent condition. Engine & Mechanical: The 400 within this Judge is correct but it is not the matching numbers motor. Again, it is a correct four speed Pontiac block but it does not match the car. It was completely rebuilt prior to us obtaining it and it runs out very well. It does not smoke, leak, or burn an excess amount of oil. It does have quite a bit of power to it as you will notice within the video located below. Another item that is not correct but I will tell you that it does make for a much more comfortable ride, is the Tremec 5 speed. It does shift out extremely well and appears to be fairly new. I personally enjoy it much more so than the original four speeds as you have far more control and these Tremecs are far more reliable. The power steering setup on this Judge works extremely well. There is not a lot of play within the steering. She handles exceptionally well when cruising down the road. The power brake system is all new and also works exceptionally well. The Judge does not squeal, shake, or shimmy when stopping. This Judge also has a Dana underneath it which is a bit overkill for the Judge but it does make for an awesome ride. Interior: The interior within this Judge is all new. The door panels, seats (both front and back) have been recovered, headliner, kick panels, weather stripping, everything is new and was redone within the last year. So if you've been looking for a Judge at a reasonable price, this is it. I will be evaluating all reasonable offers and I will in fact sell the Judge early as we do have it for sale "locally".
