2002 Jaguar XKR 100 Edition Convertible with navigation, Alpine sound system, parking sensors, heated seats, and 20" wheels is an absolutely stunning automobile. One of its most amazing features, however, doesn't come from the factory: it only has 22,192 miles on it! That boils down to just over 2,000 miles driven each year. Unbelievable! And it truly looks and responds like a carefully used automobile. It was previously owned by our GM here and was meticulously cared for. From its powerful V8 engine to its beautiful leather interior, there's nothing to dislike about this great car. Let's take a closer look.
EXTERIOR: The exterior of the XKR is covered in a lovely coat of ANTHRACITE paint. This sleek color is elegant and nicely complements the shapely features of the car. Stepping on the gas will prompt a roar from the beast of an engine. Under the hood is a 4.0L 370 horsepower V8 engine with 387 lb-ft of torque. It is quick and responsive, to say the least. Let's not forget that this car still has just over 20,000 miles on it! That's hard to find in a 2002 model year car. In the headlight position of the car are auto-on and -off lamps with power wash that will help you see through any of the darkest nights and weather. There are also front and rear fog lamps for when the weather conditions really get thick. Rain-sensing automatic intermittent windshield wipers will come in handy when the clouds let loose (although the car has never seen rain!). Helping add to the sporty look of this coupe are sporty 20" wheels with tires in good condition. Let's not forget that this is a convertible! The power black soft top goes up and down without issue so you can turn your comfortable coupe into an open-top sports car at just the push of a button. There's also the boot cover so you can make sure the top is protected when it is down. The cherry on top is the Jaguar emblem on the hood reminding you and others that you are driving pure elegance.
INTERIOR: Just as lovely and stylish as the outside of the car is the inside. Decked in clean and beautiful CHARCOAL upholstery, the inside is comfortable and has no unpleasant odors. The power heated Recaro front seats are in good shape and feature lumbar support and the driver seat has two position memory. Adding to refined look of the leather is burl walnut wood trim that flows throughout the car and highlights the dash of the vehicle. The power tilt and telescoping leather steering wheel will feel great in your hands and has controls for audio and cruise. You and your passengers will appreciate the automatic climate control so that everyone can be as comfortable as possible. One of the nicest features is the Jaguar navigation system. With it, you will have maps and turn-by-turn directions to help you arrive easily at just about any destination. Everyone likes listening to music on the radio. Jaguar has included a an upgraded 320-watt Alpine stereo system with 6-disc CD changer and AM/FM stereo for your listening pleasure. With the reverse park control, you will have audible alerts to what's behind you as you back up so you can be sure to not bump into any hard-to-see objects. Some other great features included are: cell phone pre-wiring, cup holders, trip computer, electrochromic rearview mirror, illuminated sun visors, power windows, power door locks, and door mounted curb illumination lamps.
