This is an all-original 1988 Porsche Carrera G50 Cabriolet in immaculate shape and rare options with only 107k original miles, even though it looks as if it has 20k miles. The car is original paint which is in excellent shape. The body is good as they get. The car was always a Colorado and Utah car. Zero rust or corrosion, never any accidents, perfect gapping. The “chestnut” interior is all original as well. The original leather is still in wonderful shape. The only interior upgrade was the installation of a new radio and speakers. This was done last year at a cost of $1000. This particular car was optioned with a super desirable factory interior Tonneau cover. This tonneau cover (in nearly brand new shape) covers the whole interior with snaps on the dash, window sills, and rear top. This is a very cool option and can be quite useful when driving with the top down in the winter while blowing the heat under in the warm cabin. It can also be used to protect the car from rain or outside elements when you run to the grocery store and leave it in the parking lot! The car also has the original regular tonneau cover that covers just the top. The driver’s seat is optioned with 8-way electric seating position with a rare optional heated seat! This was clearly ordered intentionally when new to complement the sunny, but cold winter driving with the factory interior tonneau cover. Mechanically, the car runs and drives absolutely fabulous. It has always been maintained by Porsche shops and has always had up to date service. The engine runs very strong, no leaks, no smoke, idles great. All the electrics work as they should. The A/C belt was taken off to allow the engine more power without the pump, but included is a brand new Porsche A/C belt to reinstall. New struts were installed last year. The car comes with the original jack, toolkit, Porsche bags, and tonneau covers. Also included is the original Porsche maintenance service book with the original owner’s name and address along with the 2nd and 3rd owners too and service stamps. I also have all the receipts and paperwork, and owners manual. The car has a clean carfax. I have a free and clear title. Overall, this is an incredibly original example of a well-optioned and rare 88’ G50 Cabriolet that is extremely well kept up and ready to enjoy! These cars were the last of the best and original 911s!
