Vehicle Detail
As you can see this is a 1968 Dodge charger. It is a two owner vehicle that has never been taken apart. It is an original 383 car with A/C and 727 transmissions. The vehicles starts and moves, I have not driven it on the road. The brakes need work and the tires are dried out. The vehicle needs a complete restoration, but everything is there. The AM radio, dash clock, and dash tach are not working. Everything else works, including the dome light, both door and trunk locks, the headlight doors go up and down (very slow) but they work. The vehicle has a current California registration and a clear title. The tires on the vehicle are in bad shape and should not be driven on the road. The transmission has a leak but the engine has no leaks. Again, I would do a full restoration on the vehicle. The vehicle has very little rust. It has been a California vehicle all its life. (nothing that requires any metal replacement) just a little surface stuff. (see the photos). All the glass is in excellent condition, except for the windshield and the windows roll up and down as they should. The orange-red color paint on the hood? as It was told from the original owners, the vehicle was vandalized years ago, unknown person(s) poured something on the front hood and fenders that damaged the paint to the metal. The owner at that time, just painted "with a brush" some type of rust proof paint, to keep the metal from rusting. And the car was never painted. The original factory paint color was a light blue color. The vehicle has been in my car garage from the day I had it towed home. I was going to restore it, but I have decided to sell two cars to make room in my garage for some “newer muscle”. If you have questions or need more photos, just ask.
