Rare Fourth generation / T160 Series (1985–1989)THIS CLASSIC 89 TOYOTA CELICA GT CONVERTIBLE IS A RARE BEAUTY. With only 145k miles, it is extremely low mileage for the year. This car is reliable and very gas friendly but still packs a lot of pep. The title is CLEAN AND CLEAR. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, does NOT smoke, it does NOT over heat, it does NOT leak oil, it does NOT stall. The transmission shifts good, all gears work fine. Good tires. CAR RUNS AND DRIVES excellent, so smooth, no mechanical problems. There is some rattling coming from the front end, possibly struts or control arm, (something of that nature). AC needs a recharge. Good tires and brakes. The BODY IS CLEAN as you can see from the pictures. Considering it is an '89 you expect it is a bit rough around the edges but it's all just normal wear and tear. AUTOMATIC DROP TOP is fully functional, NO LEAKS, Cloth TOP in great condition, (only one small tear 2 inches), convertible motor is in good shape, goes up and down easily. All AUTOMATIC windows roll down. Light bumper scratches, everything as pictured. INTERIOR VERY CLEAN, CLOTH seats, no tears. CLASSIC FLIP UP headlights 100% completely functional. aftermarket radio with CD. ANTI-THEFT deterrent for extra security. Trunk gets sticky sometimes to open. ALLOY RIMS in great condition.
