Great work truck or yard truck! Strong Vortec V8 engine, transmission shifts smooth and the body is pretty good condition for a 96'. Passed inspection in April 2012. Purchased this truck this year for $1,925 to complete a landscaping project and invested anoither $1000 into radiator, wheel hub & cylinder, brake drums and lines, alignment, LOF and window motor. Worked like a true champ hauling large shrubs, trees and soil and it has an aftermarket bed liner. A/C was charged and ran ice cold. Did not last more than a few weeks as there may be a small leak in the system. I did not invest in the repair on this item (power windows work great). The radio works but the display does not. Currenty the ABS light and check engine light are on but, this does not effect the performace of the vehicle. I have NOT noticed any leaks. Truck is being sold as is and is advertised locally as well.
