Vehicle Detail

Runs out fine, all lights work. All doors open and close. 4x4 works as should. Some one put 3 inch body lift on it and the rubber around the shifter pops the shifter out of 2, 4, and R if not very gently having your hand on it. It stays there fine when under power but from time to time it pops out when you let off or gas pedel. Not a biggy, I will try to have this fixed before it geets picked up. Shifts fine, NO tranny noises, No bad motor noises either. Someone has also put a Screaming Harley chrome exhaust muffler on it. ( sounds cool ) I wll have a you tube post of it running. They have the ideal turned way down so it even kinda sounds like a harley at ideal. The interior door handles have been broken, and also have been repaired. The floors have been rhino lined, and have been repaired from rust rott. The body has been rhino lined aswell. Plus the green is rough to the touch, ( I think it was painted with nonslip paint ). The rocker panels have also been removed and replaced with steel diamond decking. Looks to me like someone was going to build a crawler, but fell short. NOT a perfect body to restore. But a very good daily driver and play rig. I have drove the unit around 200 miles or so this last week. Starts real easy, Not even a full turn of the motor and it fires right up. I took it in for fresh fluids from bumper to bumper. Has not leaked on the drive way at all. Its 45 miles to Rapid City and I have taken it there and back on I-90 at 70mph. The top isnt new, but it seems to be holding together just fine, and all the zippers works too. Again NOT a perfect restore unit, It is a solid driver, and it is a fun little unit to scoot around town and to the lake, Or take to the simple off road trails. Being a 89 it should have the large flange driveshafts. ( crawlers are always looking for those ). Add a SPOA lift and a Z link and take to the trails. Or keep it as is and enjoy. Can be pickup up at Rapid City airport or Here in the blackhills ( Deadwood ) sd 57732. We have the title coming back from state and should be in hand in around 9 days. We have shipped cars over seas and across country, Willing to help in any way. This is aFun little rig,.If we needed another unit to drive we would keep this one. Purchased the unit to sell it for a small profit. Will make the next owner a good little driver. We can hold the unit for 45 days in order to help the next owner arrange shipping.
