This 968 has all of the best factory options: comes with the M030 sport suspension with the larger brakes, vented and cross drilled discs, big sway bars front and back and upgraded wheel spindles. Front and rear shocks are adjustable, for stiffness. Also comes with the factory limited slip differential as well as the factory short shift kit. I installed the Deutche 9 front brake vents, as you see in the pictures.Who ever bought this car originally was looking to take it on the track for fun or racing. I have installed derlin sway bar bushings front and back, sway bar stiffeners, had the rear shocks rebuilt by Truechoice in Ohio, and installed 195 lb springs in front. Also installed stainless steel brake lines, upgraded rear sway bar bushings, new slave clutch cylinder and hoses. Thermostat was replaced along with the rubber cooling hoses. Also installed new solid KLA upper strut mounts. O have kept the rubber bushings at the end of the sway bars as well as the original drop links at the rear. The car handles great, but you do not feel like you are in a race car. Had new tires installed when i purchased it. Has the original Factory Cup II wheels- there is a little curb rash on the front passenger wheel, but has never been a problem with balance or holding air. It has been my daily driver for 3 years with no problems, and it is truly a joy to drive. I am sure it is sacralidge to say, but I can smoke any stock 993 out there. One of the original production 6 speeds, with a transaxle, and about the biggest 4 cylinder engine you have ever seen. Currently producing 250hp. All of the belts were replaced at 62,000 miles by the PO. i have had the accessory belts replaced in the past year. The interior is perfect-leather seats have no tears or rips. I installed a digital radio that is GPS ready, but still have the original Becker if you want to keep it original. I have added some additional interior pics as requested, but it is hard to get a good shot, since it is mostly black on black. But there are no cracks in the sport leather seats, or on the dash,and the carpet is not torn or ravelling. I replaced the sun visor clips This is a great chance to own a VERY rare Porsche, with plenty of miles left on it. Take a look at the others for sale and most all are over 150,000 miles. Not a problem if you want to come and inspect or test drive the car. Just email me and we can set something up The finish is in good shape-absolutely no rust or scrapes. The car does have a few minor dings, but much less than what you would expect from a 17 year old car. It does have a salvage title, as it was stolen from the owner in Florida, and subsequently purchased by the second owner at auction--I have some of the original history paperwork regarding the incident. There is no damage to the body or mechanical components on the car. The electric rear latch release currently does not work, but i am in the process of getting a new microswitch to repair. The car has just been aligned, and passed Virginia state safety and emissions inspection. Forgot to mention that i installed a new clutch about 3,000 miles on it, have Rennlist track matts for driver and passenger sides and installed a new battery this past week.
