I have posted many pics to give you a good look at what you are bidding on. Although this car will run and drive and is titled and registered to run on the road. I would not drive any distance with it. It is what I would consider a project car, or a great donor for parts for another car's restoration. The car does have a new brake system on it including master cylinder, new steel brake lines and flex lines. Car stops but has a lot of pedal travel. Engine starts and runs, but has a ticking lifter and smokes upon start up, but then clears up .Has a new water pump as well as power steering pump. Automatic transmission shifts well, and there is no noise out of the rear axle. Tires are brand new.
From what I can tell. it is an original orange car. It has the Pierre Cardin interior, but I don't know if it is original. It is an original A/C car, bu the components under the hood are missing.
As you can see, the car has lots of rust. From what I understand it sat under a carport for about 12 years. Frame and suspension look pretty solid. door jambs and doors are pretty decent. It will definitly need floor pan/trunk pan work. The car comes with both hoods pictured. Glass is very good. Trunk has the Mark Donahue spoiler. The rear window louver is off of an AMC Hornet, but fits the window perfectly.
I am listing this car as a consignment vehicle for a customer. I have started the bidding at $1.00. While there is a reserve on the car, If the bidding reaches a point where the owner would like to sell it, I will lift the reserve at that point.
