This is a 1989 Mercedes 560 SEC with clear North Carolina title that has not been driven for quite a few years. I have owned this vehicle for about ten years. It has not been wrecked in the years I have owned it and I have no way of knowing the history prior to my ownership. It is a project that I never had time to work on. The last thing that was attempted (and unfinished) was an upgrade to a newer style steering wheel. That is why the air bag is missing in the pictures. I just never had the time to continue. The dash board is in wonderful condition with no cracks. The exterior of the car is faded and dirty from sitting in the elements with some clear coat flaking on the hood. The seats are in dirty, worn, but serviceable condition. There is a rust spot on the rear driver side fender. I was able to crank the car and move it from the back yard to the front yard after so many years sitting using another battery as the battery after so many years is dead. It does still run! This car would be a wonderful project for restoration or could be used for parts. The starting bid is lower than what the car is worth for parts alone. Will sell as-is to the highest bidder.
