DESCRIPTION: You are bidding on one previously owned 1999 DODGE 14-Passenger Van (plus driver). This vehicle is Kentucky State Government surplus. It has the 5.9 Liter V-8 gasoline engine. There are 108,836. miles on this unit. This vehicle comes with LT 245/75R16 tires (Load Range "E"). There is a full size Spare Tire underneath of the rear, and the jack is inside the left rear door affixed in its proper location. It does have Tilt Steering Wheel and Cruise Control. Manual front seats and manual windows and external mirrors. AM/FM Stereo and Cassette Player. Gray cloth covered seats and Black vinyl floor mat. The air conditioning 'seems' to cycle properly and it does cool. The van DOES NOT have Rear A/C. There is a 12 Volt Power Supply and a cigarette lighter in the dash as well. We had this vehicle running while the pictures were being taken. INTERIOR: The drivers seat is loose or maybe even broken. It leans to the center and back, and is not solid or stable. It appears to be loose from the track slides or perhaps the base. Passenger side front seat looks okay except the back side of it has two holes in it. Both front seat arm rests are loose or worn and flop around and the passenger's side arm rest has holes and tears in the covering on it. The center console has several holes and burn places in it. (See Photos). The first three rows are designed for three (3) passengers on each seat, and the fourth row seat can hold 4 persons. Some of the seats have holes (burns from cigarettes??) and small tears in / on them. There are seat belts at every seat place. The Passenger Side entry doors have a spot of rust in the door sill area just inside of the doors at the bottom. (See Photo). The headliner is badly stained and coming loose in several places and has holes or tears in it. (See Photo). The interior side panels (from below the windows down), are all coming loose at the floor. The panel inside the Passenger entry area to the left as you enter has a hole "cut" into it. Rust inside of van around the rear wheel wells at the floor mat level. The passenger's side rear wheel well is missing the rubber no-slip piece and is now flattened and dented. EXTERIOR: The front bumper has a BIG dent in it and a smaller dent also. The rear bumper has several dents in it. The rubber pad is missing that should be on top of the bumper. The biggest dent in the rear bumper in under where the license plate bolts up. Another dent is near the bolt on the passenger side of rear bumper. ALL PANELS HAVE SCATCHES AND PAINT CHIPS IN THEM. Driver's door has a dent in it. Gutter line has rusty spots above it and paint flaking off below it. Dent in front of the rear wheel on Driver's side. Scratch on the extension on the driver's side. Paint chips on the back door and it has a couple of small dents in it. PASSENGER SIDE: Behind the wheel well at the bottom of the quarter panel, it has been pushed in a little. There is a rusty spot below the tail light. Several scratches and a few chips of paint missing on the rear panel (extension), with more paint missing (chips) along this side. Paint chips on ALL THREE doors on the Passengers Side. The front fender has been bent outward on rear edge of it by the front door. Like it had the door opened too hard or pried open, but the door does not look it matches this damage. There are serious chips in the paint all over the front end includingthe hood and around both headlights. The chrome is begining to peel or is chipped in places on the front grill. ROOF: It has a few small dents in it and some paint is gone in some of the factory pressed lines or valleys in the roof and rusty places all around the gutter line. ENGINE: It is a 5.9 Liter Gasoline engine and it seems to have plenty of power and sounds good until you give it some gas or throttle. Then it has a rattle in it as you hold it or even when you lift off of the gas feed. The transmission seems to shift properly. There are no noticeable leaks or wet spots under this van.
