Pretty clean 68 ranchero GT with a 390 y code engine. This truck runs and drives and has brakes but will need work to make it road worthy. I added a holley 4 barrel intake and NEW 600 carb it will need some tuning. Engine does not knock tick or smoke!!! It came factory with a 3.00 tracloc 28 spline rear end. Car has a very good body, quarters are very nice. Car is from California at has very little rust but I found some in the front floor board and in the rear tire storage area NOTHING MAJOR!!!. I did very minor body work on the car, I am a body man. I have a better passanger front fender and very good rear bumper and a better front bumper. I have an excellent front drivers door, the one one the car has been repaired and I dont like what I see so a far better door is included. I have much better dash pad and a white set of fairlne 500 door panels, the car only has one GT door panel. I have all trim. Car had a viyle top so there are some small rust holes, fix them and reinstall the vinyle roof or resking the roof from another car..Hood is nice not bowed or bent. I had the C6 transmission rebuilt at a cost of 900.00 with new torque converter. Have new lower control arms.Its a GREAT PROJECT TRUCK!!!! Was auto on the floor with console but I dont have those parts, I added a new B&M floor shifter..Need the room and money to fix up a new project car...
