It's definitely difficult to even post this listing. I resurrected Bus Gus from a dirty grave in Pueblo Colorado. I spent 2 years and 1500 hours making him into what he is today. My wife's dream car was a Volkswage Westfalia, so I built her the best one on the road. The kids are getting older and our needs have changed, so with great sorrow, she has allowed me to sell him. The title is free and clear and I'll have him shipped anywhere in the US. He's been painted 4 years ago with Glasurit paint. It is the best money can buy. The entire interior has been stripped and redone. The engine was rebuilt 2000 miles ago. He's got a fresh set of brakes including Brembo rotors and Hawk HPS brake pads on all 4 corners. I used Dynomat on every body panel I could get to and installed brand new insulation. Every cabinet surface has been re-laminated. The stereo is absolutely unbelievable. 4 6x9 Polk audio Momo edition 3-way speakers powered by a 4 channel amp and another amp powering the completely conceled 10" Polk Momo subwoofer. all this equates to an incredible audiophile expeience. The Alpine deck works in tamdom with your iPod, so you can get lost in the woods for days. I can't verify the mileage as it could have flipped. It shows 58,796 as of right now. Thanks for looking and your getting a 1977 Westfalia that there may be 5 of on the entire planet in this good of condition! Please feel free to call me with any questions...Jeremy (720) 323-7015On Sep-12-12 at 09:30:52 PDT, seller added the following information: I want to make a HUGE note: I took the bus in for the fresh oil change I promised in the video and they told me that the 2 Weber Carbs that were rebuilt were officially bad. I'll be paying $1200 for the replacement of the entire carburetor system. Yes it hurts, but I want you to receive a bus in excellent mechanical condition! I've attached a new picture of the entire Carb set up I'll be having professionally installed. THIS SHOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO BID EVEN MORE! :-) On Sep-14-12 at 20:16:38 PDT, seller added the following information: I just posted 2 pictures of the 2 brand new Weber Carbs that were installed today. Running great, but honestly, don't seem to be any better than the ones I had on there, but hey, at least now you have piece of mind that they're brand new!
