Up for auction is a 1975 Mercedes 240D. It's my daily driver to work and back, runs great, a little noisy but for a 37 year old car it's expected. I did bodywork and Painted it myself in my garage. The white top is the factory paint but the lower part was so badly painted and repainted over the years there was no saving it so semi gloss black it went. I rebuilt the front seats which are sagged out but are now quite plesant. Longest trip I've taken it on was 4 hours each way and it did 80 mph non stop with no troubles so it's a good car but the brakes are squeaking a bit and other little things will need to be tended to and I'm just not looking to put that into this car.
