Vehicle Detail

1993 Ford mustang cobra #4156 with 134,000 miles in black with opal grey leather interior with a sunroof. Other factory options are power drivers seat, rear window defroster and Cd player. I have had this car for a little more than a year and put about 500 miles on it, I just don't have the time to drive the car like I wish I did. The motor starts right up and idles smooth with no variations in idle speed, does not smoke or leak any fluids. I had the clutch changed out to a king cobra and also replaced the pilot bearing and the flywheel was re surfaced as well as an adjustable clutch cable was installed. The transmission is a Tremec TR-3550 with a Steeda short throw shifter. It shifts smooth and does not grind going into any gear nor does it pop out of gear. The only thing is it makes a whining sound when in neutral unless you disengage the clutch, I was told this was due to the gears in the transmission. The A/C is still R12 and blows out cold air, the heat also works as it should. The front end does not wander and if you let go of the wheel is tracks straight. I had the brakes completely gone thru with new rotors, pads and bearings all the way around and new parking brake cables. I installed new Ford battery, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil, oil, air and gas filters. The tires are Continental extreme 245/45-17 with 95%+ tread with only a couple miles on them. The rims are mint with no curb rash. The shocks and struts are KYB with adjustable caster/camber plates and it handles good, also has bolt in subframe connectors and a strut tower brace. The exhaust has stock manifolds with a new BBK off road X-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers with the chrome tips. I had the starter and alternator rebuilt at a local automotive electric shop just for the reliability. Interior of the car is clean with no holes in the dash or any other plastic trim broken. The radio/ cd player works and also has an i-pod hook up. The power drivers seat works and has no rips and the leather is not hard. The back of the passenger seat has a tear about an inch long, I was able to get the top half of another opal grey seat and was going to have an upholstery shop switch out the panels but never got around to it so it's included with the car. I was told the car was repainted about 7 years ago, and there are some flaws with it. It has the typical stone chips/ touch up paint on the hood and stone chips by the rear wheels. It looks like the paint is faded on the top of the spoiler in one spot, around the antenna someone must have gotten the antenna caught on something at some point and had the area fixed with filler then resprayed cause the paint/ filler is cracking. around the drivers lock the paint is chipped. No dents just a couple dings. The strut towers have no rust and there is no rust under the car it is solid. It would need some areas to be touched up. All in all this car is a great driver but I just don't have the time for it and could use the money towards home improvements. The pictures and video are from just the other day, I did not re set the date on the camera.
