Vehicle Detail

*Mileage is unknown on this cruiser. Speedo has been broken as long as I've own it. Speedo is in KM and currently reads 203,000 which is roughly 126,000 miles but no telling how accurate that is. Ebay makes you enter mileage regardless. Nice very rare land cruiser. Located in Portland Oregon. Legally imported from Canada a few years ago, licensed, insured, and DEQed. Steering wheel on the correct left hand side, rare for these cruisers. Runs great, starts up every time with no problems. This is a no rust cruiser! Body off restore last summer all rust was fixed and frame coated in POR15. The body tube, front grille, tailgate, wheels, fenders are all aluminum. Over $6000 worth of aluminum on here. The rest is steel and has a POR-15 base coat with black coat over that. This cruiser has almost no rust. 300 miles on new clutch, rebuilt 4 speed transmission, and transfer case. New glow plugs, new exhaust manifold, polycarbonate windshield. Oversize New aluminum 3 core radiator. The speedo is broken so no idea how many miles are on it. But the engine runs great. Soft top, soft doors and island top. Several long road trips with no problems. Comes with an uninstalled PTO winch with PTO gear already installed on the transmission (not stock on most later model cruisers). The engine is a toyota 3b diesel very common in cruiser in the rest of the world and common in the US in forklifts and industrial applications. This is a heavy duty industrial motor similar to the 4bt cummins, known for going a million miles. So dirt simple after you start it you can unhook the batteries and it keeps running. Converted to a manual pull kill switch to start (the stock EDIC is problematic). The bad stuff: Could use a new set of tires, the old ones came off a different vehicle and had an unusual wear pattern makes the cruiser vibrate a little at higher speeds. The speedo is broken.
